Yankees Postseason Tickets
If you aren’t one of the lucky fans who has already purchased their tickets via their season ticket plan or if you weren’t lucky enough to win the lottery, Yankees tickets go on-sale to the general public tomorrow at 11am. Last year they only opened certain games online and sold tickets to games that did not exist and kept the fees. I think the attorney’s general office might have got wind of this Ticketmaster scheme and this year it looks like you will be buying options to a game that could at list as exist provided the Yankees win and they’ll give you back your fees. Assuming all this, what is the best way to get your tickets? Some people will call and continue to press redial, others take a half-day from work and go to the Stadium, but most of us will be at work will the processing sign in front of us waiting on our computer. So, what’s the best way to get your tickets online? Go to the Yankees.com website at 10:55; Continue to press refresh until the page changes and you can buy your tickets; Select your game; Pick up your seats and wait (Processing); Do not open other Windows and try to get other seats, wait until this job finishes. If you are at work and need to be in other application you can be, but be sure to keep an eye on the Window because you only have a minute once you ticket is accepted. There are no guarantee on getting the ticket, but I have found for best results only have one window open at a time trying to buy tickets, if you want to have another window going it’s best to do it on another computer and for even best results do it on another IP address. If you don’t know how to remotely control a computer at home then have an Aunt in Colorado try for you. Or hope the IT guy is a Yankees fan and that maybe he’ll help you out.
